The Toy family home base is located in the middle of California’s Silicon Valley. This group of slightly quirky but brilliant humans can often be found in their strategically located fortress, planning missions to bring unanticipated goodness to the world.
Michael has been working for most of his adult life on three projects: to have fun while writing computer software, to make sense of his life of faith, and to cook the perfect smoked brisket.
Michael writes poetry on a number of topics in addition to the theopoetic genre represented in this volume. At sudopoet.net you will find poems, anomalies which dance between the weird world of software startups, the everyday rhythms of fatherhood and family, and the bizarre dreams of someone who grew up immersed in science fiction.
Michael loves to speak about himself in the third person, and is also available to perform live versions of these poems pretty much at the drop of a hat, so if you need some theopoetic magic, send him a note and set up a time for hat dropping.
